Gma's Loaded Dutch Apple Pie

Gma starts by making the crust from scratch and then adds a lot of fresh apples, that is why it is called loaded.  Gma mixes the apples with just the right sugar and spice that makes it taste so nice.  Then topped with a buttery crumble that bakes up to a treat that would taste great all on its own.
