Minnesota Wild Rice Scramble

Three scrambled eggs, sautéed baby red potatoes, bacon, onions and wild rice.  Topped with Swiss cheese and served with toast.

 

February 12, 2025 - Dear Valued Customer,  Due to a nationwide shortage of shell eggs, we have seen cost increases since October 2024.  We have worked hard to hold our menu pricing the same, not knowing how long the egg shortage would last.  However, with the record high level of egg costs last week, we had to raise menu prices temporarily on entrees with eggs.  We appreciate your understanding and know we are watching this closely.  Menu prices reflect the temporary menu prices.  Thank you for ordering with us, we appreciate your business.
