Semla - Limited Time

Semla - or "Fat Tuesday Roll" is a pulla cardamom roll filled with almond paste, raspberry jam and whipped cream. Topped with part of pulla, powdered sugar and almonds. Can be served in a bowl with warm milk on the bottom and then semla roll placed in the milk. We will be making these and they will be available the weekend before Fat Tuesday and while supplies last in store.

Semla in Finnish is Laskiaispulla.

Available for pickup Saturday February 14th through Tuesday February 17th only.
